How does it work?

Remote Online Notarization

Simply book an appointment by selecting how many documents you need notarized then choosing a date and time that works best for you. The only information we need to confirm the appointment is your full name, email address, cell phone number. Your personal information is in safe hands and will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality.

Submit your documents to our secure portal at least 1 hour prior to your appointment. Once documents are received, you will be sent an email with a link to access the online notary session. For your security and privacy, all documents will be deleted within 24 hours or after your notary appointment is completed, which ever comes first.

Meet with Online Notary

About five minutes prior to appointment time, you will be prompted to click on a secure link sent directly to your email address provided. Simply upload a photo of your identification then meet with your online notary. After the notarization is complete your document will be available for instant download.

In Person Notarization 

A standard notarization requires individuals to appear physically before a commissioned notary public where they must demonstrate proof of identity, sign (or acknowledge their signature on) a document, and, if their document requires a sworn statement, be placed under oath.
